No answer from your call centre

Good day<br> <br> I've been trying to get through to the Vodaworld contact details and none of them are being answered. its just your voice message that keeps asking me to select the different departments.<br> The reason for my call to the Vodaworld store, I need a battery for a Blackberry Bold 9790 and none of the vodacom stores in alberton have stock.
