NO ANSWER FOR AN HOUR ON END, THEN DISCONNECTED

Vodacom cannot be the leading cellular network in the country, offering such poor service to its clientele.<br> <br> I have cancelled my Vodacom contract and was informed that Vodacom will arrange collection of the handset within 7 - 10 days, upon prior arrangement. The next day a RAM courier arrived at my place of work whilst I was away. I had requested that same return the next day, but despite more than a week having passed since, no one has collected the handset.<br> <br> I have been trying to get hold of the call centre for online orders on *** and despite now having called three times, being on the phone nearly 2 hours at my own expense, I get disconnected by your agents each and every time. I then also had an online chat with one of your agents whom too informed me that I should \wait in the queue"when asking *** to phone me back. Incompetence seems to be the order of the day.<br> <br> This is now the second complaint I have lodged about Vodacom about the same contract! I was informed that someone would contact me"
