No answer

I have phoned Vodacom contract retention department last week, phone just ringing and ringing. I've been to a store in Sandton on Sunday where they told me they can not cancel a contract in store but only via telephone. So I did phone again this morning to the cancellations department where a lady answer and I asked to cancel my contract, but I told her I have dialed the correct number she put me through, but no answer. The same happened later that day. I need someone who can help me to may sure that my contract is cancelled.<br> <br> my data contract number is ***
