NO AFTERSALES SERVICE vodacom business

What ATROCIOUS service with my business internet! Have been without internet for over a week while their faulty router is in for repairs between not being able to assist with a loan router and NO communication as to what is happening with the faulty router repair I am at my wits end with vodacom. Called their *** repair line and spent 22 minutes on the phone with Asanda with her unable to locate my job number for the router and telling me I need to call the dedicated repair line ***. How can you be this ***********!!! To anyone thinking of using vodacom business just don't they will happily sell you a contract but have NO AFTERSALES SERVICE!!!!
