NO AFTER SALES SERVICE FROM VODACOM

Its been more than a month that I took out two contracts on Black Friday. I have paid my first instalment but havent received my two tv sets yet. No one at Vodacom seems to now what is going on. I get transferred from one department to another. Everyday i get told a consultant will contact me, which they do and promise to help and get back to me the same day and i never here from them again. Ive been with Vodacom for many years and this is the worst service i have ever received from Vodacom.
