no activation

done an online application for a vodacom 3g smart tab. received the tablet on the 27 of march, struggled the whole weakend to get hold of vodacom to activate the line, spoke to them on monday, gave him my sim number and had to leave it off for 5 hours then it will be activated. Tuesday morning still not on, phone again and they confirmed that mail was send to activate the sim, it's the 7th of april and it's still not activated. holding on for more than 40 min but no answer!! i've got 14 days to return the tablet, please send your courier to collect, I don't want the new contract anymore, totally lost my excitement over it. don't even phone me, i've had it with vodacom.
