No Action

On 21 August 2016, a ********** SIM swop was done on my mobile and the SIM was used for ********** transactions on my Vodacom and Standard Bank accounts. I notified both of them, reported it to SAPS and provided all of them with the required documents. Vodacom investigated and credited my account with the relevant amounts. On 30 September 2016, Standard Bank asked me to get confirmation from Vodacom of the ********** SIM card swop, which I requested that day. Despite three email reminders to ********** to all of which I got replies that I would be contacted by the relevant department, I am STILL waiting for the confimation. This is holding up the refund of the money ****** from my bank account and is unacceptable.

Reviewer Update

Yet again Vodacom have advised that I will be contacted by a consultant, but more than 48 hours later nobody from Vodacom has even tried to contact me (no missed call, message, email, nothing). All I require is an email to be sent to me (which I can forward to Standard Bank) confirming that there was a ********** SIM card swop on my mobile on or about 22 August 2016. However, it appears that Vodacom are unable even to action this simple request with any degree of urgency.
