No accoutability by Vodacom!

Fedup with bad service from Vodacom! No accoutability in their system! My wife was sold a wifi router when she was promised it was a mobile router. For months we have called Vodacom, explaining everything from the start ever time!! We even got a callback to state they listed to the sales call and that the sales person misled my wife in the product that was sold and that the product will be collected and my wife's account refunded. Still we are back at the beginning! nobody has called to arrange the pickup of this package to be returned to Vodacom! We are at the point of canceling all our contracts with Vodacom due to this bad service! The biggest issue is there is no accountability, you call explain from the beginning and then.... nothing!
