no accounts department working at Vodacom

My wife had a phone on contract. She fell a little behind on payment and it was handed over to attorneys. My wife didn't have an income so couldn't pay it but now she is sorted and have paid every month for the last almost year. She can't get a statement from vodacom as it was haneded over and the number she has never gets answered and the one time they did answer transferred the call to another department and the phone wen dead.

She wants to sort out everything and need to see how much is still owing but no help from vodacom whatsoever. At this stage she can't pay any more as she doesn't have proof of what she owes.

We urgently need assistance or we will have to take this further.
