No ability or willingness to assist a customer

The most infuriating, frustrating and futile experience ever.

Supposedly I had a contract which was not quote" properly cancelled" quote. Did not have one so as per their advice I started at their attorney's who did not have a fike nor did they find anything outstanding under my name. From there I begun a wild goose chase soending in excess of 20 hours talking to untrained or badly trained front people. No one could assist me until I came accross a Jason who informed mr it was a laptop and a 3G stick. Unable or unwilling to provide me with a contract he suggested I provide them with an affidavit abd a copy of my passport. I did - no one received it! Another round had started whereupon I contacted Monwabisi from their CEO office. Nothing has happened fot at keast 3 weeks, daily calls and messages left - he never returned one! In my searches for Monwabisi I cane accross Razani who at least escalated it to Forensics - this after about 5 weeks!!!! Forensics were extremely efficient, lady by the name of Matsie. She provided me with documentation immediately. From the documents which bear my signature it is apparent that 3 different handwrittings appear. Even so there were some payments made, contracted lasted for 3 months, no payment went of my account - I presented bank statements. No one ever contacted me from Vodacom to demand payment or to advise arrears or cancellation. Contract was cancelled by them it appears on the 5th of January 2015. The sim card was recycled and it now belongs to a company. This is important because in my quest for finality promised to me within 24 hours I had the misfortune of coming accross the most brain dead alive person. He simply advised me that the email sent by the Sandtin Store Mabager on instructions of the investigating officer was just left on the desk as it arrived at individuals when it should have been sent to corporate. A full hour of attempt to readon with the ondividual was fruitless and another 39 minutes of my son attempting to enlighten him was just a waste of time. The individusl naintained thst it is imaterial that I am an individual the sim card is registered to a corporate and it should be dealt by them. The fact that I was an individual wrongly accussed of having a contract I did not know about, that the said contract was only in existance for 3 months, that it was cancelled by Vodacom without any communications to me and the sim card recycled had no meaning for him. Again I apriached the store manager reqyesting assistance as I reached the end of the line. I wrote a number of emails to all concerned. Out of the blue Monwabisi appeared on the scene again - he called me. Requested I supply him with correspondence with their Forensic department. Normal would have been fir him to communicate with their Forensics. I did and then he requested, again from me, that the store manager emails him her findings. Erhically he shoukd have contacted the store manager. She did and then his last comment was that she is not authorised to make decisions. Not that he found fit to respond to her email and take the matter up with her. I have not heard from him again. Yesterday when I did my daily call I got hold of Razani. I have requested him to pass my emails onto their supervisor one Vera who was not in at the time. I have a recorded conversation wherebt Razani undertook to ensure she calls me. No one did!!!! It is shocking and ********l to drag such a miscarriage of justice indefinitely!!! It is now over 3 months that I try to clear my name! Shame on you Vodacom and staff!!!
