No 3G or 4G Signal at my Home!!

I live in Faerie Glen, Pretoria. We have been struggling with our signal for a couple of months, however it has never been this bad. After the Festive Season, we have no signal at all at our home. We can't make phone calls and people struggle to get hold of us. When we actually do get through to someone, our lines are extremely bad and cuts off the whole time.<br> <br> I phoned the Vodacom Call Centre last week, however the gentleman who helped us informed us that we have to go to all our neighbours and ask if they also have the same problem. Unfortunately I don't understand this, as we have been Vodacom customers for a very long time and our contracts are of high and expensive quality. The gentleman said that they will send someone out to come have a look at the problem, however, no one has bothered to come help us.<br> <br> I run my business from home, and this level of service is unacceptable.<br> <br> Can someone please help solve our problem as soon as possible?
