Nkateko "supervisor" hung up in my ear

I noticed on 28/11/16 that my phone rings once then goes cuts the call then the same day i called in 3 times, the first time i called in a lady told me that she wants to test my line and somehow the call cut. i called again then a guy told me to try it on a different phone which i did and same problem. Then i called again and was given unbarring codes and the lady who gave me codes told me she sorted it out on her side. Then today(29/11/16) my people text me saying my phone is not going through so I called twice in the morning and got cut off so i tried again on my lunch break and spoke to a lady called asanda she was not helpfull cause same thing happened i didnt get joy so I called in again and requested a supervisor who then hung up the phone in my ear before she even heard my situation and I know she hung up cause suddenly i had to rate the call which agents didnt even attempt to do until ii was happy. I know the less than R100 i spend on airtime is peanuts to such a big network but does it mean i am less important? I need my phone to ring like normal phones thats it
