Nightmare Vodacom story of incompetence

I would like to tell you my story . In 2017 I was telephoned by vodacom sales and asked if I would like a free router . Of course this sounded appealing but when I received my first bill and saw it was not free and sold to me under false prestences I tried to return it . That was now 15 months ago . I have been charged R 220 every month since and am unable to get vodacom to collect it . This year I made a resolution to resolve they matter and have spent at least 2 phone calls to vodacom direct ********** every day spending about 1 hour on average very day trying to get my router collected .I have been directed to Linda Bales Thabalani and team leader Thembinkhosi all of whom have not helped . Last week I asked Thabalian to give me the number of the courier and my ref number . That number was V2P ********** . When I spoke to Christopher at the couriers he said that number was assigned to a Hilary Van Styden not me . I spoke to Thabalani several times after that when he kept assuring me that all the problems were caused by the courier company and not him .On Friday he told me they were on their way and when I phone again 3 hours later when they had not arrived he said that they had definitely assigned a driver to me . I asked for my new and correct VP2 number and at 4.45 called Christopher at the couriers . He told me an amazing thing , that collection number V2P ********** had been cancelled last year January and that no new number had been issued ! This means that all the vodacom staff this year have been lying to me and not even bothering to check if the number was valid . I have been told every day since Jan 2nd that the couriers are coming to collect the modem that I did not want and asked to be collected 15 months ago . I am at my wits end with frustration but what must I do carry on paying R 220 for the rest of my life . What can I do ?
