Nightmare to have contract phones

I received my phones ( 2 contract phones ) on the 3 Feb 2017 and it took Vodacom 3 days just to connect them, after going to a Vodacom store every day to try and find out what is going on. They finally connected it and sent a message stating that they will debit the connection fee in 2 working days. It is now the 17 Feb 2017 and they still haven't debited me yet. When I called them the consultant informed me that they don't know what is going on and it might go off on the 26 Feb 2017. This was already a horrible service. On the 15 Feb 2017 a consultant phoned and asked if I wanted insurance on both the phones and I said no. Then on the 16 Feb 2017 another consultant called me was explained what the insurance covers and asked me if I understand what she told me and I said yes I understood. I DID NOT AGREE to take the insurance out. I called the call centre and spoke to another consultant who explained that the insurance was activated from the 16 Feb 2017. I asked for it to be cancelled as I did not agree to it. The consultant informed me that I will now need to pay for the cancellation ( which is only for 1 day for both the phones ). Why must I pay for something that I did not agree to. The first day I got the phones. I was so happy and convinced my parents to get contract phones with Vodacom but now I will need to stop them. Vodacom has the worst service and I wish I never took the contract phones with them!!!!!!!
