Nightmare simswap debacle!

Someone swapped my simcard. I called vodacom and after an hour on the phone I had to go into a branch. I am disabled so this was not easy. I get to Vodacom4u cavendish and they could not have been more rude. I explained my problem and after the staff had openly mocked me for being disabled, they threw me out of the store because I claimed their security was too lax and I should be compensated for being inconvenienced. I asked to speak to a manager but Abdu Ragman (?) was in a meeting and couldn't speak to me. So I have been severely inconvenienced, have not had aphone for 3 days and not once did anyone apologise or offer to compensate me for my loss (3 days without cellphone, parking at the mall and 5 hours of my day wasted!)

I have always been appalled by Vodacom service, but this was a new low. Openly mocking disabled people is unconstitutional, I believe. I will be laying ******** charges against this dispicable behaviour and will soon be moving my contract to another service provider.

Well done, Vodacom, epic fail! And still no one has called to apologise or try and compensate me in any way for an error which is your fault.

Soon to be ex-customer
