Nightmare service vodacom

Worst experience I have ever had with dealing with isp's. I had agents slam the call on me. Yellow bel**** management that avoid call me back, junior agents begging me and apologizing constantly, very very sad like a bunch of ex girlfriends. On a recorded line one of the technical experts told me " they don't know why or what the problem is" that is exactly what paying clients want to hear from a techy! I've only had this contract for 3 weeks. Migrating to Mtn, I'm still waiting for the spineless management to contact me, they keeping getting juniors to call me. Your incompetence is blinding! Do not upgrade with vodacom!
