Nice going Vodacom
Went to Vodacom Shop at Irene Mall on Tuesday morning to get prices for devices for an upgrade on today, Friday 23 Nov 2018. Spoke to a very nice lady. She gave me 3 device's prices and wrote it on the contract page in the Vodacom Let's TALK magazine of November 2018. Went today, with my father whom also wanted to upgrade 2 of his contracts with the same device. Now all of a sudden, the device is R1500 more expensive. Nice going Vodacom - ******* your customers of 20+ years. You just lost at least 3 device deals!!
