Next level data bundles

<p>I buy next level data bundles and usually don't have a problem but the past month using vodacom has been a nightmare. I buy the next level data bundle service and it doesn't work and it uses up my airtime. I call an operator the first time and she promised it would be fixed and I would be refunded my airtime and I'm still waiting today. A few days later they send me a message saying that the problem is rectified and I can use the bundle service again. So I try buying the data bundles again and it does the same thing again I call an operator then she tells me she will lodge my complaint to their technical team, after a week they send me a message saying they have fixed my problem I can can carry on using the service, so trusting that they have I buy the data bundles again still gives me the same problem and I have been waiting for my refund of the bundles ever since. I'm sick of their unfriendly staff who seem not to care about my situation at hand. One of them even dropped the call while I was still telling them about my problem. In all my years of using this service I have never experienced such problems and I am very disappointed as I used to recommend the vodacom service to other business people. I hope my situation will be attended to.</p>
