Next day upgrade delivery saga continues

<p>So after my previous post on this site about the emtpy promises of next day delivery on an upgrade a lovely lady called cassandra promised delivery of the device on Monday last week. Oddly enough the device has still not arrived.</p> <p> </p> <p>I think now rather than have someone contact me about the upgrade please get someone from your cancellations department to contact me witg a list of all contracts that can be cancelled please.</p>
