Next day upgrade delivery
<p>I upgraded a vodacom contract online falling erroneously for their "next day delivery" sales pitch. Its been over a week and all that was delivered was a simcard and a useless education voucher...no handset. Called them tonight to enquire and the agent Nassiem says there is no record of an upgrade. Pathetic!</p>

So Cassandra promised me delivery of the device last week Monday...an entire week passed and surprise surprise the device still has not arrived.
