Next day delivery - No Delivery!!

I bought a new Sim online on Wednesday the 22nd. The website tells you that you that you can expect next day delivery if your order is confirmed before 12pm. I received an sms at 11:17 am saying that my application was approved. I got a call from Vodacom saying that I will receive my SIM the following day. I spoke to RAM on Friday morning as - well as expected - I never got my SIM the previous day and I only work until 1pm at the delivery address on Firdays, and I was told that the guy doing the deliveries will try to be there before 1 pm, if not he will contact me. Well, it is now Sunday the 26th - 4 DAYS after my order......and still no sign of my sim card - no delivery - not even a phone call saying when I can expect delivery. So what does that mean??? Next day delivery??? Yeah right. NO DELIVERY should be your motto. My reason for ordering online is because it is convenient. But now it has become a serious inconvenience. I could have gotten my sim card from a shop by now. Which is what I wanted to avoid in the first place. Maybe Cell C would deliver better service!! And I'm not a new customer - I have been with Vodacom for years. Maybe it is now time for a change!
