New upgrade faulty
I received my iphone 6 on the 17th of april, 6 days ago!! The screen on my phone is lifting up and i contacted them about it. The phone is still not 7 days old and they are not offering to swap it out for me. Elsie at cellular bar in alberton said i must wait 24/48 hours for an assessment. I can not be without my phone!!! No one can be these days. Vodacom support is also not very helpfull, just tells me i must speak to shop manager!!!!

I could not reach you when I called. I then called the store and Mariska advised that they made contact with you and will issue a loan unit as soon as you can book in the unit for OBF. The store manager is attending to this matter and will see it to resolution.
