"New" Samsung Galaxy S7 actually refurbished

<p>I have recently purchased a "new" Samsung Galaxy S7 from Vodacom when upgrading my contract. The phone was delivered on the 22nd of June 2016. </p> <p> </p> <p>Since the phone was used the back button was not working intermittently. The phone also already had data stored on it, for example predictive text has data already stored which is clear by correcting texte by spelling complex names and words that have never been used by myself and I have no personal knowledge of such people and have never used the words that have been replaced by the database stored on predictive text. </p> <p> </p> <p>Words Such as "Dineo", "Ntabiseng"etc. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is absolutely apauling to know that Vodacom has actually repackaged a clearly refurbished phone and has given it to a client as a "new" phone. </p> <p> </p> <p>By all means if a device can't be repaired, then issue a refurbished device. However, a used new phone should be a new phone. I am appauled by this knowlewdge that has come to me. </p>
