New product *****- Impossible to use

Good day. I am one of the most long standing clients of vodacom with several products on my portfolio under my company's name.<br> I went in with my partner to sign up for a new contract for data. After inquiring carefully on the available options I was informed that for my purposes I needed a SIM card. I had a Vodacom and CELL C 3 G ****le and warren confirmed with the technical assistant in the store at the time that I could have used either of the two and my new data sim card would work. You will be able to pick up how many days ago i signed up and to this moment, i have not been able to use this sim card. I went to vodacom the next day asking them if it was possible to use a vodacom ****le with my Apple as had been explained to Warren prior to taking out the contract and the confirmed that it was not possible contrary to Warren
