NEW PRACTICE IS A **** TO INCREASE REVENUE
When I first too my Vodacom Business Contract, I ensured there was provision to top up data if I ran out. Vodacom has now changed their practise so that we cannot buy more data but need to submit a request on a letterhead and then what for the request to be approved. The result is more revenue for them as you use up data whilst waiting for the top up and pay out of rates bundles for the data.

I was not made aware of this change to their policy, and when I took the contract, I carefully checked that there was a top up facility. Since when do the providers have the right to change a contract during its duration.

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND IS IN BREACH OF CONTRACT!
