New Phone Not Delivered

Dear Vodacom<br> <br> I placed a new order for a new contract on Thursday.<br> My order was only confirmed on Friday and today is already Wednesday.<br> On the website that I used to select my Phone and Contract it is stated that there is Free Next day delivery AFTER ordering.<br> <br> In your terms and conditions under \Contract T & Cs"heading 42. Next Day Delivery Terms and Conditions<br> \""provided that the order was placed on or before 12 0' clock during the day\"" my order was placed after 12 on Thursday so delivery should have been on Monday this did not happen. It also did not happen yesterday so that is 2 full days.<br> <br> So point 11 \""Should the Service be unsuccessful"
