New phone faulty but no replacement

I upgraded through Vodacom in late July if I'm not mistaken it was the 28th. A few weeks later I noticed the phone I upgraded s9+ was constantly saying emergency calls only I had not noticed sooner because I have WiFi at home and at work. I phoned Vodacom and twice to tell them this they checked and said they would reset the sim or something can't remember exactly. So late August I took the phone back and the technician said she would reset permissions and then I should test it so I agreed and left. Still the phone didn't work. Took it back I think on the 5th of September and was told its not the phone its the sim I said that its not the sim how could it be the sim if my sim worked fine on my previous phone as well as on my tablet but was reassured that it was definitely the sim. Anyway I had to PAY for a new sim and guess what? It wasn't the sim. So I went back the next day then was told to go quick 2 Samsung who said they have no equipment to test the phone but from what I was describing and the screen shots I had taken 2 show them, they had said it was definitely a faulty phone and that it was probably the aerial. So back to vodacom I went telling them this and finally the phone was booked in 2 get sent away. So on Wednesday 12th of September I got a message saying the phone is in transit to the vodacom pick up point. Phone again Thursday after going 2 the store in Richards bay and get told oh no apparently the technician is busy with it still. Now I phoned umhlanga repairs again today 17th and she tells me it left on Wednesday and should be here so I phone Richards bay and they tell me its not here so phone umhlanga back and get told apparently its still there and should be leaving today. So you sell me a faulty phone and instead of replacing you get it repaired which will eventually get sent back and the Richards bay store has no loan phone so I'm stuck walking around with an old tablet. I've been with Vodacom for as long as I can remember and this is the type of service I receive ? I actually feel like cancelling the whole package and going 2 a different service provider
