New Park Vodacom store useless

I upgraded my cell phone with them on 1 May 2018 , migraded to a new package that included a free 1G of data for 24 months, on old top up package i had a 1G added as VAS where I paid R149, they did not activate my promotion and expected me to pay for it. When i realused it , I deacticated the VAS service now No Data for me. 3 months , fighting , going into the store . They just load a complaint and tell me to wait tgry working on it.
