New Order - No feedback after almost 4 weeks

No feedback after almost 4 weeks. This was for a new order. After me continuously trying to contact you via online chat, one person phoned back and would also phone me again after 30 minutes. Didn't happen. Even if the outcome would be negative, surely you have to have some form of courtesy towards your possible clients? Someone asked me why I am not simply going into one of your stores. But that would be defying the purpose of online shopping ... wouldn't it?<br>
