New line created without my knowledge or consent.

Regarding the previous review on the new line created for me without my consent. I still did not get any feedback from vodacom. It's been 1 week and still no contact was made to fetch the unwanted device which was sent to me without my consent or knowledge! It's going on the second month and vodacom did not bother to fetch this phone from me. This is completely unacceptable and nothing is being done about it. Is vodacom not gonna do anything about this?!
