New iPhone X delivered damaged.

I pre-ordered an iPhone X as an “upgrade”, from Vodacom. RAM Couriers delivered the new phone. The invoice date 12 December 2017 however delivery was only made 18 December 2017. The Vodacom courier box was tacky and the inside packaging inferior. The new iPhone box was dented at one corner. The phone had been mishandled and the phone packaging damaged. I did not open the damaged phone package. When paying R24 000 for new iPone, I expect a perfect undamaged product. I don’t want a damaged phone nor packaging. I contacted the Vodacom call center, 19 December 2017. Vodacom said the phone would be collected by RAM. To date no collection. It is obvious that Vodacom is in no rush to take corrective action nor does the inconvenience caused to me, bother them.

Vodacom call center is rude. Although I am paying for the upgrade I have not received a copy of the new contract and I am stuck with a damaged product. Please replace the phone with one in a perfect condition. Stop being rude and disrespectful and tardy.
