New Iphone issues

My daughters old phone has finally given up so we went into the Kolonnade Vodacom 4u to upgrade her phone, we upgraded to a iPhone 13 which when we added her sim card did not read the card. We went back into the store the next morning and were told we now had to wait 7 days to have the phone repaired, I went into the store today to check on progress as its been 6 days and was basically told to wait another 7 days?? I was told the phone had been sent to Potchefstroom for repair?? I then phoned the Potch branch to be told that they don't work on iphones and will have to send it to JHB to be repaired? If the phone can not be repaired after 7 days should it not be protocol that a new phone be issued? ( considering this phone is brand new and has never been used) Staff at the branch are unfriendly and after spending in excess of R20 000 for a new phone expect some level of service. My daughter is now doing promoting and driving around without a phone which is risky, while Vodacom tries to decide where to have a iPhone repaired!!

Guess what?? another week has passed and now I'm getting different excuses from every Vodacom employee, Vodacom Kolonnade tells me Ram couriers made the mistake and the phone is somewhere between JHB and Potchefstroom and cant tell me when the phone will be repaired. Vodacom repairs tells me its at Potch but needs to go back to the Kolonnade store to run diagnostics before it gets sent to JHB for repairs????? its now 2 weeks and the phone has most likely been half way around the country but has not got any closer to been fixed? If someone from Vodacom who can make a decision to give my daughter a replacement phone I would appreciate it, worst service I've ever experienced. I cannot believe Apple SA does not have something in place that can circumvent this absolute circus.
