NEW FIBER LINE THAT NEVER WORKS

Had my fiber line installed last Monday .... and has only been working for a few days, on and off ... I spend most of my time logging calls and waiting for technical people to resolve. This has been a tremendous inconvenience to me and I'm extremely frustrated. I know nothing will get done but just thought I will try any way. Wished I've taken people's advice and not use Vodacom.
