NEW FAULTY PHONE OR BAD QUALITY OF NEW SAMSUNG A5(2017)

I upgrate on 4/4/2017 and received my new phone, I only got time to go to the store on 6/4/2017 for them to help me transfer my information to the new phone. After my first call I realised there was a vibration on the speaker. On 7/4/2017 I took the phone back to Vodacom Hartbee****rt. They booked it in for assessment, I recieved it back on 4/5/2017(according to Vodacom its not faulty), after receiving the phone on my first call I realised the speaker is still vibrating. It is not a sound that I can hear past, it is so disturbing that I can not communicate with my clients and decided to call Vodacom for assistance on 8/5/2017. I phoned 111 to report that my phone is not properly fixed, they could not assist and told me to take the phone back to the store for another assessment. After I rep**** that I was not satisfied on the customer service satisfaction after the, a consultant called me back. I explained to her that I got a faulty phone back after sending it in for repairs she only gave me a reference number and promise me that Vodacom will assist me within 7 -14 days!!!!!!!!!!!!! By this time it will be the end of May and my phone is still faulty. When you renew your contract with Vodacom a consultant only informs you that if your phone is faulty they will replace the phone but nobody inform you how difficult this is and the time it took to replace the phone (2 months). I want to cancel my contract backdated from 1/5/2017 and give back the Samsung A5 because if the phone is not faulty, Samsung's qaulity of phones is very bad. My ref no at Vodacom today: 1- ********** ********** .
