New Device Gone For Repairs

I upgraded my contract to an iPhone6 on 16 Feb 2018, that is literally 13 days ago. Since day 1, I was unable to access other app's and to log on to my work portal. I bought 2G of data, when trying to download Facebook, it said "Unable to load as it requires 150MB of data". Intune Company Portal said "problem with server, try later". How on earth is 2G insufficient to load an app of 150MB beats me, and surprisingly enough any other device could access the work portal on the same time as this iPhone says server down. I went to Vodacom in Ghandi Square, I was sent to Fourways Mall. After checking the phone, they booked it in for repairs. How on earth does a 12 days old go for repairs? I need someone to call me and tell me what sick joke is Vodacom playing with its clients. I want a new device or else you can keep your rotten phone and cancel that contract I have with you.
