New deals not uploaded in store and no stock

So I app**** for a new contract when am still awaiting stock of the Ps4. Vodacom has not had stock since March and his now may. I also have an upgrade that is due and was planning on taking put a deal advertised in the vodacom may pamphlet on page 11 deal 8. Th3 Samsung a8 and free gear vr and an option to add on a Samsung grand prime pro fro R50. After calling numerous stores and was advised there is no stock I then called vodacom in Kempton park and spoke to a very nice gentleman called hannie. He advised that the deal wasn't available on the system yet. How does vodacom advertise something but does not load it on the system. Please can this be sorted out urgently as I want to upgrade to that deal
