Vodacom's reply: 12 Jul 2019, 14:49 Dear Customer, Thank you for making us aware of your complaint. Kindly be advised that a consultant will make contact with you in due course to assist with your query.

Can Vodacom please make the contact. want to arrange that her monthly subscription been reduced from R175 to as low as possible as she hardly make any calls.
