New contract review
Service is pathetic! I have been waiting for Vodacom to fix my contract that they messed up for over 23 days. They have promised to resolve this and give me feedback and I'm still waiting. They are over charging and not giving me what I signed up for.

His tone is disgusting and all he did was just speak over me! You decided to give me 1.1gbs and now charge me even more for my contract? Are you joking Vodacom?!?!?!!! I signed on for a 5gb data plan (5gb day time, 5gb night time and 5gb bonus) for R179! You are now charging me over R280 and you are still not giving me what I signed up for! Vodacom this is shocking! I do not want stupid excuses and I don't want *********** people contacting me with no solution! I want this resolved now! Stop *****ing from me! If this is not sorted I will be taking this to the ombudsman!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
