New contract phone keeps on breaking

I bought a Ericson Aqua and after 1 week it just went dead. I took it in for repairs, it came back but the speaker keep on coming and going. Sometimes you can hear the person on the line, most of the times not. The phone also loose connection at times.<br> <br> I phoned them and they said I must take the phone back to the repair centre and it will have to go through the whole repair service again. I told them I had too many problems since I received the phone and I cannot be without a phone again for such a long time again. They told me there is nothing else they could do that is how the system works. I do not want the phone anymore as my business depends on my phone and from day one this phone is giving me problems and I must still pay for it montly.
