New Contract phone broken

I 5 months back renewed my contract and within the first month had problems with the LG Beat handset. I took it back and was told nothing seemed that matter. I then used it and it still had major issues. I brought and booked it in (Phone was 5 months old only). when I went back they wanted to give me a refurbished phone. a brand new handset under 6 months and they wanted to solve the issue with a second had phone. Refused to sort the issue and its still sitting with Vodacom Westwood mall, I am fed up, think I will take cell c up on their buyout contract thing.<br>
