New contract ordered online
I have ordered a phone online and have logged in to track the status. There was no phone ordered when I locked back in and call cenrtres you hold forever and then they say that it was logged on their old system and would transfer you to call centre. Absolutely NO SERVICE did not even get through. Again now holding and waiting......
