New contract no voucher recieved

I upgraded my vodacom. Contract in December 2021 with a R2000 take a lot voucher included in the upgrade. As of yet I have not recieved anything!!!! I phone almost every week, elite mobile sends me to vodacom voucher departement and then vodacom sends me back to elite mobile!!! I dont know what to do to get my voucher!!! I am tired of phoning and getting reference numbers.... Reference numbers does not help if none is able to assist! There is also no angers or headof departments to speak to....
