New contract issues regarding porting number and no stock

What is the use of advertising plans and products if you don't have stock. I signed up contract 2 weeks ago for red professional account with 46 watch and samsung note 10 plus. It took almost a week to port my old number into vodacom number. Now I am waiting for watch. Dealership is saying their is no stock. What do you get by fooling us and so much mental harassment? If possible cancel my contract I don't like your service at all.
