New contract in return for payment

I have owed Vodacom almost R5000 for all of 5 years on a contract that was not paid as ABSA let all my monies be paid to accounts that were closed. I was living in UK and could do nothing about it.<br> I have tried to speak to Vodacom on numerous occasions and have been prepared to settle balance in return for a new contract, but they are not prepared to play ball. I would even be prepared to pay for contract in advance. I need a contract as I travel extensively and need roaming on my phone.
