New contract customer treated like sh*t

<p>I called Vodacom on the 3-11/2016 to take up a new contract. Everything went well the phone was approved and the guy who ispoke to said i will get a call from the confirmation department so that they deliver the phone. The confirmation department called me to confirm the date of delivery and the place of delivery. I advise the guy who that i wont be at work at that time, can he arrange that the phone be delivered on the 21-25 of November 2016, he told me that he will arrange that i get another on the 21 to confirm the delivery. On the 22 November i call vodacom to find out what happening the phone that was suppose to be delivered, i spoke to Henry Maseko who tghen told me that my order was cancelled, i then requested to speak to the someone senior and he told me that he is busy on another line. i then told him to ask the supervisor to call me. He promised that he will gt the supervisor to call me before the end of the day. Im still waiting for supervisor to call me. THis is pathedic experience as i really wanted have a contract with vodacom. IF this is the kind of service/experience im getting, i can only imagine how you treat your old customers. </p>
