New contract, but no phones.
Guys we took a new contract with you, lady that was assist was professional and friendly, but RAM couriers that must now deliver the new phones. A guy phoned to deliver the phones, he advised he is in Mafikeng. We are in Krugersdorp. When my husband told him he dropped the phone. We were then advised that RAM couriers advised Vodacom that we did not want to continue with the new contract. What BS!!! Still waiting for the phones. Come on guys, please make use of another courier company. This is not the first time we had problems with them.

A lady from Vodacom phoned and advised that RAM couriers advised that they cannot locate my husband's work address. My husband is self employed and provided his home address. No one from RAM couriers has contacted him as yet to arrange delivery. This is not acceptable guys!
