New contract application update.
The worst service ever. I app**** for a contract on the 12 of November 2021 via online, Phoned Vodacom on the 16 November to get update and had to do a reapplication on phone with a Ms. LM Moodley. During the application She said the system is slow and will contact me back. as of today 22 November 2021 no one phoned me back, if been contacting +*** and no one is picking my call. I contacted this number more than 20 times now and every time im waiting for more that 20min on a time.
