New contract application
My name is MATSHIDISO, on the 23rd of September 2018 I app**** for a contract phone and online it showed you have stock of the device I 2antwd.. However I still have not received my phone, today the 1st October I call in and I am being told you don't have stock and I must wait for next week because you don't have stock. No one called to inform me of such and I have to call in to check, this is so unprofessional of Vodacom, I have two contracts with you and this is not the service I know. I am so disappointed in this sticking service I am receiving. How are supposed to recommend Vodacom if this is what they do.? This is not the Vodacom I know, someone is not doing their job and I am so angry right now.
