New contract and device no data access after 10 days

Vodacom new contract nightmare, migrating a pre-paid sim to contract. I signed up on the 21st of November and I am stuck with spending hours on your call center but nobody ever resolves the problem. I ask for the issue to be escalated but the next day the escalation has been cancelled and the same problem is still there. To make matters worse I end up with having to cancel all the setting on my phone and try reconnect and get other tun around questions. After 9 calls with your call center I am still no closer to getting this resolved. I am pretty sure that the IMSI has not been correctly provisioned for postpaid data and every morning the manual provisioning done via the call centre is overwritten and I back to not having data access.

Dear Vodacom, If you can't reach me on my mobile, why not fix the network provisioning - I had a phone that worked fine on your network till I did an upgrade on the 21st of November. We are now the 5th of December and I still need to phone *135# daily and reboot my phone multiple times? Should this really take 2 weeks to resolve? Frustrated customer.
