New contract advertised as R200pm online, but call centre add R30 saying "special has ended"?

Today I renewed/ upgraded my wife's cellphone contract. After researching the available options online, I finally decided on the Flexi200 package which included a Huawei P8 Lite at no extra cost, so all in for R200 a month. Whoop whoop hashtag "chuffed", as times are tight.

I phoned the customer contact center, then the upgrades center (yesterday) to find that they had just closed. Fine. I phoned back today (Sunday) to proceed with the order, to be told that not only is the white option not in stock and they have no view of when it will be arriving, but also that "the special" has ended and I have to pay an extra R30 per month, in contradiction to the website which said absolutely nothing about it being "on special".

Since my wife desperately needed a new contract and it's "only" R30 extra per month, for two years, (totalling a whopping R720) I grudgingly proceeded and ordered it nonetheless even though I known this kind of business practice is *******.

I'm so disappointed in Vodacom, who we've both been with for the last 20 years plus. But, they do give me what I want overall so I guess I'll just suck it up.
